Rococo have performed recitals aboard Holland America’ s and Cunard’ s luxury cruise ships; at prestigious venues such as the Grosvenor House and Hilton on Park Lane hotels; and at Westminster Abbey. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://liveclassicalmusicians.com">Classical Musicians</a></p><p>Stradella Violin and Cello Duo is a fresh, exciting and glamorous violin and cello duo that specialises in original arrangements of famous classics, light jazz, latin american, fiddle and pop music.</p>
<p>Formed whilst studying at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, the Duo, which are supported by the ‘Concordia Foundation’ and are also part of the ‘Concordia International Artists Ensemble 2008/2009?, have performed recitals at many venues in the U.K.</p>
<p>Recent venues include The Wigmore Hall, St. James Piccadilly, The National Portrait Gallery, St.Georges, Bloomsbury, ‘The Spice of Life’, Soho and the 2008 launch concert for the ‘Little Venice Music Festival’. They are also currently recording their debut album with the Kinesis Ensemble at The Wigmore Hall for a new classical label.</p>

<p>As a duo they perform for Corporate Events, Weddings, Private Parties and Cruises. Venues include The Bloomsbury Theatre, RAC Members Club, Blenheim Palace, BMW Plant Oxford, St. Paul’s Cathedral, RIBA, Tower Bridge, Kensington Roof Gardens and The Waldorf Hotel. They have recently performed on the televised show ‘Miss Top Model 2009? with singer Nathalie Miranda and their client list includes BMW, B.T., B.P. Hammerson plc &amp; American Express.</p>
<p>As chamber and solo artists they have performed in over fifty countries worldwide including tours of the Middle East, Japan, Far East, Central America and the Caribbean. Stradella Violin and Cello Duo are also currently planning tours of Istanbul, Dubai, Cuba and Vienna &amp; performances at the ‘Tuscan Paradise Music Festival’, Italy later this year.</p>

<p>Leanne won both violin and piano scholarships to Wells Cathedral School in 1993 where she studied for five years. She completed her education at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where she gained an honours degree in 2002. During her time at G.S.M.D. Leanne has performed as a chamber and orchestral musician, in over fifty countries worldwide and in all the major London concert venues. As a soloist she has played at Wells Cathedral, St George’s Brandon Hill, Bishops Palace, St-Martin-In-The-Fields and St.John’s Waterloo with the Southbank Sinfonia, with which she was a member in 2003.</p>
<p>She has recorded solo works by Karg-Elert and Nicholas Chouveux for the National Sound Archive and recorded a solo CD in aid of The Prince’s Trust with The Dorset Male Voice Choir. She has also appeared as a guest soloist with the Llanelli Male Voice Choir in highly acclaimed concerts in both Dorset and Wales. Leanne regularly appears on T.O.T.P.’s, Smash Hits, National Music Awards and CD:UK and enjoys freelancing with various orchestras and chamber groups.Abigail grew up in Ealing, west London and begun learning the cello aged seven. She received scholarships at age 10 to study at both The Purcell School of Music and Trinity College of Music Junior Department, followed by gaining a Bmus hons degree at Guildhall School of Music and Drama.</p>
<p>Abigail has played in recitals and soloist in concertos in many of London’s concert halls including The Wigmore Hall, The Purcell Room, Queen Elizabeth Hall, The Royal Festival hall, Blackheath Concert Halls and St. John’s Smith Square. She has also played abroad including tours to Japan, Cyprus and Greece. She has mainly performed as a recitalist and in chamber groups in which they were awarded the Harry Isaacs Prize for chamber music performance.</p>

Julia and Emily, both from Scotland, met whilst studying at St. Mary&#8217;s Music School in Edinburgh and have since been giving solo and duo performances throughout Europe. </p>
<p>As a duo, they perform frequently throughout Britain and Europe including, the Canary Islands, Spain and France and regularly play for corporate events and private functions. </p>
<p>Having recently graduated with honours from both the Royal Academy of Music and the Royal College of Music, they are now based in London. </p>

At 16 she gained a place at St. Mary&#8217;s Music School where she went on to win numerous competitions including the Director&#8217;s Recital Prize and the Edinburgh Festival Concerto Competition.</p>
<p>As a soloist Julia has performed in Britain, Spain and Switzerland and is also an avid chamber musician. In 2003 she was awarded a scholarship to study under Maurice Hasson at the Royal Academy of Music where she is continuing her postgraduate studies. </p>
<p>Emily has performed in many of Britain&#8217;s leading concert halls as an orchestral player and chamber musician including, the Royal Albert Hall, the Birmingham Symphony Hall, the Queen&#8217;s Hall and the Usher Hall. </p>
<p>She completed her studies in 2006 at the Royal College of Music and now lives and works around London.</p>

<p>The Celliami Duo is a Vibrant duo of two professional Cellists, Rachel and Hannah. They have years of experience in providing suitable music for a variety of occasions, such as weddings, corporate functions and recitals. <p>Rachel has made several recordings for BBC Radio, including a recent collaboration with playwright Joanna Lawrence for Radio 3&#8242;s &#8216;The Wire&#8217; and appearing on the sound track on BBC Radio 4&#8242;s production of Les Miserables. She has also been involved in educational projects with members of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the Philharmonia. Since graduating from the Royal College of Music in 2002 Rachel is currently, enjoying a busy freelancing career in London. She works regularly with a variety of ensembles’ and Orchestra including, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, The London Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC concert orchestra, London Festival Orchestra. Rachel has also recently completed tours with English Touring Opera and the Carl Rose Opera Company.</p>
<p>Hannah studied at Chetham&#8217;s School of Music in Manchester before moving to London to learn with Melissa Phelps at The Royal College of Music. Since graduating in July 2003, she has been working as a freelance orchestral player with various orchestras, including The Southbank Sinfonia and The New Professionals. Hannah performs regularly as a soloist and has organised her own concert series for solo and chamber music with other musicians. She continues to study and have masterclasses with internationally acclaimed cellists such as Johannes Goritski, Alexander Baillie, Louise Hopkins and Moray Welsh. Hannah teaches the cello privately and in schools, and she also enjoys singing with The New English Orchestra Singers.</p>

<p>The Metropolitan Ensemble Trio is comprised of Flute, Violin and Cello, which is a highly successful and less common combination. The group can however play as a quartet, with the addition of a violist, as a smaller ensemble, in Duo for a smaler affair or they can also be found to accompany a singer for a brilliant effect.</p>
<p>The Metropolitan Ensemble Trio is based in London and was formed in 2001 by graduates from Britain’s top music conservatoires. They perform regularly in and around Greater London and can often be seen performing live in Covent Garden.</p>

<p>Individually, the members of the group play with many of the country’s leading orchestras including The Philharmonia, Manchester Camerata, English Festival Orchestra, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Southbank Sinfonia, as freelance players. They also provide music for sessions and pop artists such as Cliff Richard and Lisa Stansfield and members of the group have recently been involved with Channel 5’s ‘Back to Reality’ where they performed live.</p>
<p>As a group,The Metropolitan Ensemble specialise in providing live background music which creates a fun yet sophisticated ambience. Their youth, experience and vibrancy lends itself to many functions including wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate and PR events, dinners, Christmas parties, product launches and garden parties.</p>
<p>The group is very adaptable and require no special lighting or power source making them a perfect choice for outdoor events. They are also able and willing to travel.</p>

<p><em>Dan &#8211; Flute </em><br />
Dan began his music study at the age of seven and won a scholarship to Wells Cathedral School at fourteen. On completing his studies at Wells, Dan took up a choral scholarship with Wells Cathedral Choir before undertaking a music degree at the Royal Northern College of Music. After graduating from the RNCM, Dan accepted a teaching post in Ramallah, Palestine before moving to London where he now enjoys a busy freelance career alongside several teaching posts.</p>
<p><em>Alys – Violin</em><br />
Alys began to study violin at the age of eight. At sixteen, she was awarded a place at Chethams School of Music. During her time at Chethams , Alys performed many recitals and won the Chethams concerto competion. Alys continued to study violin at the Royal Northern College of music where she studied under Lydia Mordkovitch and Richard Ireland. After graduating from music college, Alys spent some time working abroad before she moved to London to pursue a freelance career. Alys is currently co-principal 2nd violin in the London Festival Orchestra and also plays extensively with the Ulster Orchestra.</p>
<p><em>Verity – Cello</em><br />
Verity was born in Cornwall in 1980. Between 1993-1996 Verity received bursaries to study ‘cello at Dartington International Summer School, participating in masterclasses with Asja Valcec, Matthew Barley, Lowri Blake and members of the Brodsky quartet. She attended Wells Cathedral School between 1996 and 1998, studying ‘cello with Muriel Daniels. In 2002 Verity graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where she studied under Louise Hopkins. She received both the Libotton ‘cello prize and the Deutsche Bank’s Pyramid award for her theatre and music company, Fervour. In 2004, Verity was a member of the Southbank Sinfonia, for which she regularly played as principle ‘cello. She performed Saint Saens ‘cello concerto with the Sinfonia in St James’ Piccadilly.</p>

They met playing in Westminster Philharmonic Orchestra in London and are all graduates of Music Academies throughout Europe.</p>
<p>They have studied under great international professors including; Naomi Butterworth, Richard Markson, Derek Aviss, Martin Weikert, Alexander Boyarsky, Stanislaw Firlej, Claus Reichardt, Tomasz Strahl, Paul Uyterlinde, and ad. Dominik Polonski.</p>

<p>They are available for bookings for weddings, corporate events, parties, recording sessions, live tours and TV appearances.</p>
<p>The members of Celestiaor have performed in concert halls throughout Europe as well as Royal Albert Hall, National Theatre, Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Hammersmith Appollo, The Union Chapel, Cochrane Theatre, Greenwich Theatre ,Tate Britain ect.</p>
<p>Although they all have classical training, their style of music incorporates classical, rock, jazz, pop, latin contemporary and they are able to improvise and have great versatility. Members of Celestiaor have played with artists ranging from Razorlight, the Guillemots and London iGospel group, ONO, Ebony Bones, appearing on Radio 1 Live Lounge and Channel 4&#8242;s the Green Room and London Fashion Week. They work with Dune Record Label, Ignition recording studio, The Premises recording studio, Pegasus opera agency, Young Guns Music Agency. Joogleberry Music Entertainment Agency.</p>

<p align="justify">Miriam (lead violinist) won the United Kingdom&#8217;s Jewish Performer of the Year 1995. She gave her debut recital at the Alice Tully Hall in New York’s Lincoln Center with a rapturous review from THE NEW YORK TIMES, who said that Miriam was, “a gifted young violinist who proved a soulful performer showing flair and temperament, fine sensitivity and warmth.” She has performed in the Theatre Champs Elysees with Phillipe Herreweghe, Barbican Hall with Adrian Leaper, Queen Elizabeth Hall with David Josefowitz and Carnegie Hall and Kennedy Center with Alexander Schneider. Her many recitals have taken her to Cardiff’s St David’s Hall, the London Palladium, the Purcell Room, the Swaledale and Ryedale Festivals, and the Dartington Festival where, in addition to master classes and solo recitals, she performed as soloist with the Dartington Festival Orchestra under the baton of Diego Masson. Miriam’s debut recital at London’s prestigious Wigmore Hall drew further praise from the critics. STRAD magazine stated, “the intensity and rich allure of Kramer’s performance was nothing short of spellbinding.” A re-engagement with great success followed. Miriam has broadcasted with the BBC Concert Orchestra as soloist in the Beethoven Triple Concerto, on Classic FM, Radio 3, Radio Prague, Paris Radio Classique, and on BBC-TV to name a few&#8230;</p>
<p align="justify">Katie (violinist) studied the violin at the Royal College of Music in London. Since graduating in 2002, she has enjoyed a varied career, performing with some of the UK’s leading orchestras and travelling worldwide as a chamber artist. Katie has toured the UK with West End shows including Chicago and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. She has toured the UK arenas with Jeff Wayne and his musical production of The War of the Worlds, and as a commercial musician, Katie has performed with Teatro, Hayley Westenra, All Angels and has toured the UK with Britain’s Got Talent winner, Paul Potts and Natasha Marsh. </p>

<p align="justify">Susan (cellist) is an honours music graduate of York University, and her post graduate studies were at the National Centre of Orchestral Studies. Susan played with a number of orchestras including the New Mozart Orchestra, BBC Radio Orchestra, English Philharmonic Orchestra, Aurelian Chamber and Symphony Orchestras and the Orchestra Kameralna of London. She worked as both principal and rank and file cellist under Clive Fairbairn, Adrian Leaper, George Hurst, Sir Simon Rattle, and Kurt Mazur. Susan was a member of the virtuoso Brittania Orchestra in its definitive and highly acclaimed EMI recording of English string music. </p>
<p align="justify">Helen (violist) began learning the violin at the age of 9. She took up the viola aged 14. She was awarded the Fishmongers Beckwith Scholarship and a John Lewis Award to study at the Royal College of Music, where she studied with Roger Best, Ivo-Jan Van der Werff and Andriy Viytoviych. Whilst a student she won the coveted Kathleen Long Chamber Music Prize. Since graduating, Helen has worked with some of the country&#8217;s leading orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. She is also constantly in demand as a soloist and chamber musician.</p>

<p>They began 2009 as the opening act for the New Year&#8217;s Day London Parade immediately after the Queen&#8217;s New Year message. Their performance was covered by 24 US TV stations including national networks CBS and NBC, Sky and Reuters broadcasted it to more than 300 million viewers on 750 international TV stations around the world.</p>
